先由冰鎮海鮮開始,款式不多,只可說每款都有少許,而且Refill速度亦快,有雪花蟹腳、青口、翡翠螺及凍蝦等等,旁邊就擺放了幾款魚生刺身,相當新鮮,而且還很厚切,質感飽滿。

食材擺放得整整齊齊,一列放著由冰鎮海鮮至主菜,海鮮的旁邊就是頭盤及沙律了,拿些沙律及頭盤來,其中有泰式酸辣鳳爪來打開食慾,真是最適合不過。

胃口剛開,但聞到多款以蟹入饌的菜式時,口水也流了出來。先由有嫩雞件同炒的三杯蟹雞煲開始,蟹的鮮味與嫩滑的雞肉結合了香濃惹味的醬汁,真是令人垂涎三尺。再來一個更為惹味的新加坡黑胡椒炒蟹,胡椒的辛香與刺激,絕對帶來了陣陣的滋味。

不過,幾款飽肚的粥粉麵飯才是重點所在,可能大家會覺得食這些一點也不值,但當大家嚐過後,又會覺得妳不吃,就會走寶了。當中首推豉油皇蟹油炒麵,吃上一口後,會覺得著了魔似的,停不下來,皆因麵條炒得乾身,帶上鮮味的蟹油香,令人越吃越滋味。

鮮甜蟹肉粥及籠仔蒸蟹糯米飯同樣都令人有驚喜,前者入口綿滑,富米香之餘,更吃到陣陣蟹膏的香甜,令人回味;而後者則因為加入了冬菇蝦米等材料,糯米飯不但吸收了冬菇蝦米的味道,更有啖啖的鮮甜蟹味。

其實,除了以蟹入饌的菜式外,還有多款東南亞風味的菜式,當中的原條燒的峇里蕉葉燒烤魚以充滿馬拉風味的參巴醬來烤焗,味道令人一試難忘。加上有香口的椒鹽蝦、冬蔭功翡翠螺及焗釀蟹蓋,每款都甚為香口。還不要忘了有肉骨茶供應,味道雖然淡了點,但有油炸鬼卻加了不少分。相反地,中湯的味道令人印象深刻。

甜品之前,走到烤肉餐車來,已很久沒有看過此種餐車了,裡面放著烤肉眼扒及烤焗豬胸,兩者都有不錯的味道,如果喜歡肥美的,定會喜歡烤焗豬胸。
