環境換上了新裝,令人感覺煥然一新,食物排列得井井有條,可是款式不多,但卻勝在麻雀雖少,但五臟俱全。食物枱上擺放了不少可口可樂的珍藏品以供拍照,同時更有一個舊式雪櫃,放置了樽裝汽水給大家享用,真的是任食任飲。

餐廳趁著推廣大笪地的主題而以海鮮份饌為主的經典地道風味,供應多款海鮮主菜。如之前所說,沙律及頭盤款式不算多,但都有齊,而刺身壽司方面則有較多選擇,當中的刺身的質素還不俗,相當新鮮樂吃。

香港人始終還是鍾情於冰鎮海鮮上,雖然這兒沒有供應生蠔,但款式倒也有不少,如波士頓龍蝦、長蟹腳、帆立貝、翡翠螺、蜆、凍蝦及青口等,陣容頗為豐富,蟹腳的鮮度十足,吃來鮮甜。

可能大家唔認同占苗覺得熱盤的價值更高,可是都可能會被今次主題的特選美食所吸引。經過一輪冷盤的洗禮下,就去拿碗熱辣迎的港式碗仔翅來暖和一下。用料十足,而且材料都切得幼細,吃起來很滑溜,加點麻油、紅醋及胡椒粉,真的令人有種地道的風味。

占苗覺得特選美食中,港式烚海鮮檔絕對是人氣焦點所在。回想一下,小時候的確有著在街邊吃此類食物的回憶,多款香港捕獲的新鮮貝類及蝦放在冰上任客人選取,有蟶子、花甲、沙白、花螺、瀨尿蝦及海蝦幾款,相當新鮮,絕對是即日鮮來的,經廚師灼熟後,點上辣椒豉油,真是滋味。

另一個賣點是蟹肉鵝肝焗響螺,這道曾是高級婚宴宴會菜的主菜居然可以任吃,小弟當然豪不客氣地消滅了三個之多。當然避風塘炒龍蝦鉗及紫蘇辣椒膏炒花甲也是特選美食之一,兩者味道及鑊氣兼備,會使人越吃越滋味。

除了海鮮外,還有烤肉眼扒及烤羊肩,質素也不俗,肉眼扒更是有著肉香兼呈現櫻桃紅色。旁邊更有即時燒起的帶子,當醬汁滾起來時,真是香味沒法擋,值得一試。

甜品款式真的不多,但做得小巧精緻,最重要是有即叫即製的雞蛋仔,當天有士多啤梨味,可是我還是喜歡原味的,加杯Movenpick雪糕,非常滿足了。
